All in one. When you don't have a desk, this is perfect. Keys have a nice feel. All of the mouse functions work perfectly, including the trackball. Connection to the computer went without a hitch. The USB receiver is plugged into a USB connector in the back of the computer case, instead of one in the front and still have no problems with communication between the two. Superb distance. I can stand clear across the room and everything still works. The only nit-pick is the trackball's tightness at first. But after it's been broken in, it smooths out nicely. Also, the communication LED on the receiver is extremely bright blue. Everytime you touch anything on the keyboard, you will have constant bright flashes of light. But an easy fix for this is to do like me and connect the receiver to an unused USB port in the back of your case instead of one in the front. Can't complain much for $50 deal. One of my best buy of the year. Thank you Ergogeek
