ADDRESS VERIFICATION
In an effort to prevent credit card fraud, ErgoGeek.com verifies every billing and shipping address. If you are shipping to an address different from your billing address, please contact your credit card issuer and list that shipping address as an "alternate address." If we can not verify both the billing address and the shipping address, we will not be able to process your order.

DECLINED CREDIT CARD
A credit card can decline due to invalid credit card number, exp date, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Check online to be sure the number has been input correctly. Contact your credit card company for more information.

Does ErgoGeek.com know why my credit card is declining?
The computer does the credit card charges automatically. We are not given a reason when a charge declines. Only that it is declined. Verify you have given us the correct numbers and expiration date. If so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information.

If no resolution is reached within 3 business days, this order will be voided.

PRICE MATCHING / PRICE POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer price matching. For your convenience, all of our most current and lowest pricing is posted on our web site daily. Prices are not negotiable.

WARRANTY POLICY
Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product. Retail boxes are warranted by the Manufacturer after 30 days from the invoice date. ErgoGeek.com will service our customers for Retail Box items during the first 30 days of purchase.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All items except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. 15% restocking fee may apply. Additional deduction will be made to account for current market value. These terms apply to refunds. Customers must inform ErgoGeek.com of any order discrepancy within 30 days from invoice date to accurately investigate and give proper attention to the issue.
Due to manufacturer policies, all monitors, notebooks, PDAs, printers, scanners, GPS, and digital cameras are serviced by manufacturers directly. Please contact manufacturer for service.
Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. We do not issue store credit.

SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE
Fair Credit Billing Act: We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

CALIFORNIA ELECTRONIC WASTE RECYCLING ACT
Beginning Jan 1st, 2005, the Electronic Waste Recycling Act ("Act") becomes law in California. The primary objective of this law is to initiate a recycling program for computer products containing chemicals deemed hazardous to the environment. To fund this program, California requires retailers and e-tailers to collect, on the state's behalf, a fee for each product covered by this law. The fee is paid by the consumer at the time of purchase of the covered product. This fee will be remitted directly to California by us.

The types of products that we are required to collect this recycling fee include cathode ray tubes, cathode ray tube devices, flat panel screens, and other similar video display devices. The actual amount of the recycling fee will vary, based on the screen size of the product when measured diagonally, as follows:

Greater than 4" and less than 15" -- $6.00
Greater than or equal to 15" and less than 35" -- $8.00
Greater than or equal to 35" -- $10.00
